Terms jacuzzi deal
- By participating, the participant declares their agreement with the content of these terms and conditions. Furthermore, the participant acknowledges and agrees that the general terms and conditions of promotional terms and conditions.
- Participants from the following countries are eligible to enter this promotion: Slovakia, and Poland.
- Participation is only open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- The promotion period is from August 28th to September 30th, 2023
- Only one Jacuzzi can be won per person.
- Participants who have registered their playcard in either Gamestate Bratislava or Gamestate Wrocław, from August 28th to September 30th have a chance to win this Jacuzzi.
- The winner will be selected by an independed jury. Every week, 2 winners will be selected. 1 winner for Bratislava and 1 winner for Wrocław. Each winner will be contacted by email to inform them about their win and to make the pickup appointment at either Gamestate Bratislava or Gamestate Wrocław.
- By winning, the winner agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Gamestate's privacy policy and to participate in the contest.
- Prizes can only be collected at Gamestate Bratislava or Gamestate Wrocław after making a pickup appointment with the winner. It is not possible to ship prizes by mail.
- Participation is completely free of charge.
- Gamestate is not liable for any Jacuzzi defects or malfunctions.
- The prize is personal and non-transferable, and it is registered under the name of the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or other products or services.
- By participating in the giveaway, the winner gives consent for the processing of personal data. Gamestate may include the personal data in its confidential database, which will be treated with utmost confidentiality. The personal data will only be used to facilitate the giveaway and prize distribution.
